The first horror movie ever made was released in the 1890s by a man named George Mellies. It was called “Le Manoir du Diable” which translates to “The House of the Devil”. After this, the production of horror films massively increased in the 1900s. Creating classics like, Frankenstein, The Mummy, Dracula, and many more. My personal favorites are It, Jeepers Creepers, and Eli. All three have main characters that try to escape whatever supernatural force is after them. I’d definitely recommend them for this year's spooky season.
